Say gesunt

Fashionable Face Masks from the Jewish Museum Frankfurt

The Museum Judengasse is open to visitors again. Due to the comprehensive hygiene and protection guidelines for the corona pandemic, face masks are required to be worn in the Museum to help protect both visitors and staff from infection. Now the Museum has transformed the mask from an obligation into a fashion item by having its own mask created.

This stylish mouth and nose mask comes in elegant navy-blue fabric with a screen print motto in a choice of two different colours, pink or lime.

What does the motto say gesunt mean?

Say gesunt is a Yiddish expression with several meanings. First, it is said in farewells, like ‘all the best’ or ‘see you later’. And say gesunt is also used to wish someone good health or a speedy recovery.
